How Come I Cant Access Pokemon On GTS ?

This is because you havn't seen them pokemon on your D/P version.

You must trade with someone either online or with a friend.

Or you could import pokemon from the GBA games.

To do this you must see all the pokemon in the sinnoh region.

This is not counting giratina or darkrai ect.

Because they're from another time which the people in the game think is a myth.

So either import or trade with a friend because you can't get pokemon over the GTS which you havnt seen on D/P.
