How Come People Say That Self-Competitor Games Like Bowling And Golf Are Not Sports?

I always used to hear people say this through high school, because I played in my school's bowling and golf teams, that those are not "real sports".

I never got why people said that. Bowling and golf are considered officially sports by sports' associations.

some people think that to be a sport, you have to break a sweat in every practice, get beat up, run around, and do all of that crazy stuff. im not saying i agree or disagree, but i see it from both sides.

That usually comes from people who know absolutely nothing about those sports.

Lots of people think they know things that they don't. They are just uneducated. I don't want people like that on the Golf Course anyway. Let them be ignorant.
