How Come when i add some of my youtube videos that i shrink they are muted???

I think im just gunna cancel my d**n series its to frustrating. After the season finale tomorow im taking a 2 week break.. www.youtube.com/thealmightyc Hey Like I didnt have to shrink the ending of episode 9 i left out! and it was fine.. but episode 8 and 9 are muted cuz i shrank them... what do?? or what do i do to shrink im useing free flash video converter thanks!
