according to CNN and BBC the brazilian english teacher FÁBIO BRAGA DE ALENCAR from Recife, Pernambuco, Brazil, was the one who made a 100% safe rule for you to speak all the dictionary without mistake.

The Rules are 1.000 points that is repeated 100 times each 10 pages at least

26 letters in the alphabet , just like vitamin A , X-Ray, etc...

26 letter in the word, just like R of port, D of date, A in about, amiss, ahead, A in latin prefixes like atheism, apetalous, apolitical

800 groups and 50 orthographic systems

when say kantíííghieti CONTIGUITY you change and make mistake

the group UITY really does exist and is going to be called íueti. so the system AEIOU+CONSONANT 1+ VOWELS 2,3 you forget the sound íí of I just like in LINEAR and let UITY be higher

OTHER EXAMPLES

VARIETY group IET ááiet

SQUASH group QUA skuó

PSALM group PS and ALM sam

MYOPIA M + system I/Y+vowel I or Y in the beginning of the word is called ái ( Y is i when first letter just like yahoo)

vowel O is in the system where one consoant divides one vowel from two or three AEIOU+CONSONANT 1+VOWELS

O is ou + P+ ia maiooupia

MYOPIC the sound of the vowel O changes because of the system endind in IC, where words are paroxitone, just like medic, biologic, astromic and this vowel is called áá maiáápik

  1. Nice try, but with English spelling and pronunciation there can be no 100% safe rules. Every rule has at least one exception, and most have many. We even have a proverbial phrase "the exception that proves the rule" ( pôr a teste )
