Vulgar title perhaps, but basically what could I eat to help me p**p more? No laxatives or anything of that matter.

  1. Eat more food?


  2. Drink tons of water, try some organic foods, they go straight through you! Also greens like spinach and bran-packed foods like cereal and muffins will help.

  3. The more fibre you can get into you the better!  Fibre 1 or Fibre Flakes cereal, popcorn, beans, legumes, fruits and vegetables, cabbage is high in fibre.

  4. Well, my mom always says that cheese makes you constipated!!! =D  Okay, I don't know the answer, but I just got to level two!  Thankya!  By the way, why do you wanna know anyways??

  5. stay away from watermelon it = constipation lol

    try eating greasy foods that will give you the runs!

  6. Eat foods that have a lot of bulk to them like fresh fruits and veggies.  Anything with fiber is a good helper. And....beans!
