How Dalal Street will react to India signing the Nuclear Treaty with USA?

In my opinion Congress should go ahead and sign the deal keeping in mind the positive side of the pact which is in the interest of this power-starving country of ours. With less than an year for the next election, Congress does not have much to lose.
