How Dangerous is it to eat a Hamburger if Lighter Fluid has splashed onto it during cooking?

My Husband was 1st time BBQing and wanted to keep the flame up. He sprayed more fluid while meat was cooking and some splashed onto the meat. How dangerous is it to eat this meat?

lol, i cant imagine it would be that bad, if it was burned off the meat,  if not, its probably not safe, but i dont really know,....

look at the warning label on the bottle.....it probably burned off...

1. when u BBQ u use the radiating heat from the coals....

2. u wait till the coals are burned till they are white then put the meat on

3. the "flames" will not cook the meat only the radiating heat...

not that bad just mite have an interesting taste or a little darker but if there is to much then you could possibly get sick but i doubt it

It's not too dangerous but it taste like dog poo! :(   I agree with the others, just grill another burger.

I love reading the answers of people who have no idea what they're talking about. "You could die" was my favorite so far...

Chances are it burned off while you were cooking.
