  1. There is no truth about the procedure that you could tell her that you could describe as "comforting." I would tell her to just try and relax and do everything the dentist tells her to do, and if she feels any pain, she should tell the dentist right away. I've spent a lot of time in the dentist's chair, and though I have a pretty high tolerance for pain, I have noticed that dentists tend to be pretty adamant about making it as painless as possible, offering more novacaine or a different technique-- or even a short break at the slightest notice!

  2. Pull it duh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...

  3. Let me just say that all dentists use good painkillers, and not scare you or your lil sis about the details of pulling teeth. Sometimes if the damage is not too severe, a root canal and crown replacement can be done.

And your lil sis may need to be reminded of the value of brushing and flossing her teeth, as well as easing off on the soda and candy.

  4. Tell her not to worry about it

  5. eww!!!!!!!!!!
