  1. weight doesnt matter  u are not in the professional level  some people on here are just idiots anyways  rip and swim works good try that  if u dont kno what that is just go to google and type in defensive end rip and swim

  2. first just practice getting a good jump on the ball and getting past the tight-end. just have someone be quarterback and a blocker (tight-end/ Offensive lineman) have the quarterback snap it and get off the line as quick as possible and try using swims, spins, and cuts to get past the blocker and get the tackle on the running back. Get the sack if you can but remember you don't have to get the sack every time.

  3. You really need to put on some weight if you really want to be a DE. Maybe you should try out for a different position like DB or QB?

  4. First!

Tell your coach that you need to be a PUNTER!

6ft and 160 pounds........you'll get killed in the trenches

    The QB could block you

There's nothing wrong with being a PUNTER.............I can see you as the next Todd Sauerbrun

  5. you need uhh,...STEROIDS!
