Get a job working at a local real estate office as a clerk, helper or whatever.  You can see what the successful agents do, and what the bad agents do.  It is a great job, but you always need to be hustling.  Everybody thinks it is an easy job.  The truth is that 80% of new agents quit within two years because they did not make enough money.  Good luck!

First you have to finish high school.  Then you go to real estate school,  You willl then need to be licensed by your State and held to to a strict code of ethics.  It is a very difficult job, but can be rewarding if you work hard.
