How Do I Bend Bamboo? I have never worked on this before?

Hi I need a fast method of bending bamboo. I am trying to make a kite for a project; it's saturday evening now and it's due tuesday.

here's an image of what I am trying to accomplish (I suggest looking at the gallery it's very beautiful :D). I am extremely limited in my resources and have never done this before (keep it simple stupid right? lol)

In very simple terms, you must steam the bamboo strips to make them pliable enough to bend without breaking.   If you have access to a long tank in which you can put some water that you can heat as a source of the steam and lay the bamboo over the top you&#039;re golden.
