How Do I Burn Digital pictures onto a CD?

My computer is the Crappiest computer ever. It has SOOO much stuff in it, like pictures, music (TONS OF MUSIC) videos, and etcetera. I'm trying to remove some things from it because my computer lags like ultra lots. and i think its because we have so much stuff on it. How can I burn digital pictures onto a CD with a program without adding more things to download and make it lag more?

if you have windows....go to start...click start...then go to my pictures. then on the left hand side there is a few boxes/tasks. on the first box ...the last thing..it will say copy all items to disk. click that, put in a disc and you can copy all of them or select ones you want to copy. Good Luck.
