I Have Heard Barking Outside For Weeks Maybe Months And I Look And I Will See A Little Fairy Looking Thing And When I Get My Dad Its Gone How Do I Catch It?

You must remember that faeries are metaphysical beings and you can't "catch" one.  You should trying laying it.

Put honey on its wings so they will stick together and it can't fly. Then, if you can run fast enough, you should be able to catch it. Good luck!!
