  1. Jealousy, Jealousy, jealousy is all it sounds like. Who ever posted the crappy comments just sounds pathetic! I would contact the website like other people mentioned. You own the copyright to the photo so they should take it off their website. Good luck!

  2. I'd let them leave it up.

You and your friend are gorgeous.  Having an insulting caption on your picture just makes this site look stupid.

  3. First off, you are not ugly, you two are pretty good looking.  If you wanna have it taken down though, there's a link at the bottom of the page that say "Contact Us".  Technically speaking, you (or your friend, whoever took the picture) own the copyright to that photo so they have no legal right to display it without your express consent.  Tell them that you are the owner of the copyright to that picture and that they have to take it down.  It might even help to threaten legal action.

Also just let me restate that you are good looking and you shouldn't let that bother you.

    Edit:

To the professional photographer, you do own the copyright to any work you do whether it be written, a photograph, a song, a painting, whatever.  Under U.S. copyright law, as soon as you create something it is automatically copyrighted to you whether you register it or not, otherwise anyone could plagiarize your work with no consequences.

  4. omg u shud be fuking angry go fight them and be mean and swear and be a MAN!!

  5. first of all you guys look like ur just having fun to me...you look great...no one looks fat no one looks ugly...when i read that i sense total jealousy

  6. Well you know that none of the people on that picture is either fat nor ugly and facebook is a lot of c**p. They talked about it even on the news. If you once have an account with facebook you can delete it but the data will not be deleted from their network so it's with you forever.. I have a facebook account.. people leave messages there and I never even go there..  i am sure it was another user who made that comment and not the people from facebook .. everybody can access it and look at your site.. but you know that it's not true.. nobody on the photo is fat or ugly.. so it's just stupid talk and I would forget about it..  xx

  7. These brothers needs to eat

  8. I'm not sure how... It really does not matter though cause you two are pretty and have nothing to worry about. Personally I think he sounds like a complete loser that has to much time on his hands. Maybe he is just jealous... Or had a high school crush on you?

  9. Just because you take a photograph, that does NOT mean you have a copyright to that photo.... professional photographers get their prints copywritten because they PAY for a specific "license" to do so... and then they stamp their names ont he back of their photographs....  When you put those photographs on the internet in facebook, you basically left them open to the public.....  My first thought would be you should NEVER put any photos on the internet unless you do not mind that someone else might use them for whatever... .. I'm not so sure you can get them taken down from the website, but you could try..... but next time,  keep your pictures PRIVATE and off the internet if you don't want them "played with" by millions of people who can see them online.
