How Do I Delete Groups I've Joined Off of My YAHOO! 360?

I want to delete these groups that I've joined. Or I want to quit them. Do I have to actually go to that place myself and ask them to take me off? What do I have to do, because I get like 25 emails a day just from that group alone. I've set it to where I receive those emails but now no longer want to receive them and am just not wanting the whole thing in general. What to do?

Select MY GROUPS. Click on MANAGE. In this window, click on EDIT MY GROUPS. On this page,  you can check the box for "LEAVE GROUP."  

If you are just tired of all the emails, but you really want to stay with the group, change the mail delivery option.  By staying in the group, you can still read the messages or post messages, but you won't get daily emails if you change your MESSAGE DELIVERY to "No Email."
