How Do I Delete a Group Membership From A Cancelled Account?

Hello, I signed up to [SurveyGoldUsers] Digest Number 448 in 2001 and keep getting updates from it. I have tried logging in to cancel the option and my @btopenworld.com sign in email address no longer functions. I have created a yahoo.co.uk account but still no go. What can I do please?

or simply mark them as spam then they will go in your junk mail ,

If you want to delete the membership through signing in to Yahoo, you would have to sign in with the login name you used to join that Group.  If you can't do that, your only other option would be to try to unsubscribe by e-mail.  There should be an e-mail address near the bottom of your Group messages for you to unsubscribe by sending a blank e-mail to that address.  The only problem with this method is it doesn't always work.  If you try it a couple times and you still keep getting messages from that Group, then notify Yahoo Groups Customer Care by filling out the form at http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/groups/... .
