How Do I Download A Large File Overnight And Shut Off Connection?

yes i would like to know if anyone knows how to or has a guide to downloading a large file overnight, and when the downloadi s done it will shut off the internet connection, because i have dial-up and i dont get up early enough to shut it off myself without possibly blocking incoming calls,i need help setting my computer so that when the download is complete, it will shut the connection off, and wont do so until the download is complete

Great little freeware program called Switch Off. Can be set to disconnect at a particular time. I don't know of a program that will detect when the file is downloaded and disconnect. Set this to disconnect at a time when the file should have finished downloading. I use this program all the time.
