How Do I Fall Asleep Without Using Sleeping Pills???

I have been in college for the last 4 years, and got used to sleeping only 4-5 hours a night. Now that its over, I want to get back to a normal 8 hour a night sleep schedule. The problem: I can't sleep! Even if I lay down at a decent hour, I can't fall asleep until 1-2am. Any suggestions on how to get my body used to going back on a normal sleeping routine?
