How Do I Find Drifloon in Pokemon Pearl?

Okay so I have all eight badges, and I have defeated the Elite Four, and now I am at the fight aread and I cannot advance until my Pokedex is completely full. The only Pokemon I am missing is Drifloon, so, can anyone tell me which areas Drifloon are most commonly found or something? Thank you soo much!

Every Friday, a wild Drifloon appears right by the Valley Windworks near Floaroma Town. It'll appear every Friday like clockwork after ridding the area of Team Galactic. It is at level 20, so be ready. Use a lvl 15-17 electric or dark pokemon against it.
