How Do I Gain 10-15 Pounds Within 2-3 Weeks?

I'm 5 foot 10, and only 134.3 pounds. I wont say my age, but does anyone now how I can gain 10-15 pounds within 2-3 Weeks. The kind of fat that shows. Thanks, and if you email me using my profile, that would be just as good as leaving a comment. :]

  1. Eat cooking oils and grease? Find a way to slow down your mestabism.


  2. skip breakfast, eat for the rest of the day normally (at least 5 hours after normal breakfast). now before sleeping you must eat:

    3 slices of white toast

    2 eggs (fried)

    beans

    this gets you up an additional 500kcal

    now the secret ingrediant is MILK. drink a pint of milk together with 3 large spoons of dissolved sugar. if you can manage it dring 2 pints with 6 sugar spoons. this puts in approx 450kcal per pint of milk and sugar

    you will feel slightly sick at the end - dont worry BE A MAN!

    now sleep. wake up in the morning feeling 1-2 pounds heavier!!

    rinse repeat. if you have a fast metabolism the trick is to keep shocking your body into gaining. if your metabolism is sluggish then its best to perhaps cut down on the milk a little


  3. Eat alot of proteins and work-out, it'll help you gain tons of weight in the next few weeks.
