I know I got a virus on my nokia 5300. My themes are corrupt and my phone is slowing down

You don't. Viruses for your particular phone model do not exist and cannot exist - it is too dumb for that. So, your problem is most definitely not caused by a virus.

Try resetting your phone to factory settings (look in the manual how it is done) and re-install your themes.

You had probably installed some badly designed themes or the memory card is defective. There is no way that phone can get a virus
