How Do I Get Back My Xbox 360 Profile

I just turned on my Xbox 360 and it said that there are no profiles, but I had two. I never deleted them or anything. Is there any way to get them back?

  1. yea ive done that twice once by mistake and the second was by my stupid friend but i think if you look hard enough theres a way to either reboot the xbox box or call up microsoft    i hope that helps
