ask your hair dresser to layer your hair with a razor or thinning sheers

i agree that you have to atleast print a picture of her hair, she basically has an a-line hair cut with hair extentions

then you could bleach your bangs, you atleast need 3 bleaching (for two hours) if you have black hair with a 40 volume developer (for the 1st bleaching) and then for the 2nd and 3rd bleachings use 30 volume so it wont damage your bangs.if you have brown or light blonde hair i suggest 2 bleachings.

After that you should buy a purple toner from sally's to take out unwanted yellow tones/gold tones to have it platinum white or pale blonde. (like my bangs in my avatar)
