If its done with a heating device can you tell me how to make waves like that with the CHI flat iron?

Hi! I am a boy and i've seen my sister and mother do this. YOu should use a round iron because its easier and gives you better results. What you do is go through ur hair down and just twist it and wrap it around the iron. AFter, that spray some hair spray to lock it.
