How Do I Get On The Senders List for A Prom Magazing??

To start off I live in Missouri, and one for my friends got a prom dress magazine from Mc Daniels Bridal and Formal sent to her but I can't figure out how to get on the list.. I've tried the site so please dont jus say go to the site...I need like specific link that gets me right to put myself on the mailing list because I am a junoir and I'm going to go to Springfield to get my prom dress....I'd really appreciate all the help with this..THANKS!!!
