Gargle with saltwater or mouthwash as often as you can. When ever you think about it. It works for me.

I don't really know how to get rid of them, i have one real bad and i'm trying to find a way to get rid of mine. The salt water does help, but it only helps me for like 2 seconds. As soon as I stop, it hurts again.
