How Do I Get Skinny?

Im 13 and 5ft 3" and i weigh around 10 stone. how do i get skinnier? i have been trying for ages but nothing seems to ever happen. i'm going on holiday soon and i want to be thinner to go to america. what do i do?

  1. You can lose weight by drinking not only water but ICED water because that makes your heart work harder to maintain the right temperature which means you burn calories.Eat RAW fruits and Veggies. So don't steam them or that will take all the good stuff out. Eat 4-5 small meals.Before each meal or whenever you wanna snack just eat an orange or something. Try doing exercises about 4 times a week. And you can do crunches if you wanna tone up your tummy. One of my teachers told me that his doctor said one way to lose weight also is that you can eat anything you want..just cut your portions in half..so if you usually eat two pieces of pizza only eat one and over time your tummy will shrink...:) hope i helped.

  3. go play sports!dance and learn martial arts...get a dog and take it for walks daily...avoid all sugary/alcoholic drinks,fasfoods & junkfoods...you are too young to worry about your weight...

  6.     I have big calve muscles too and I hate it! My thighs used to be really big too but I've toned my thighs up a lot by doing a lot of thigh exercises. As for the whole skinny look. Here's a few lil secrets maybe you can try:

        In the summer apply baby oil....it makes u look thinner and more toned. Anytime, apply a shimmer bronzer and moisterizer........it works! Hope I helped

  7. get your *** off the computer and go for a run

  8. eat healthy and exersize

  9. to get started no soda drink a gallon of water a day spring or distill no tap water!! or crystal light for your meals.

    Breakfast eat 3 egg whites or oatmeal and a fruit.

    Lunch eat a grilled chicken breast vegetables with light oil 1 teaspoon  and a fruit.

    Dinner eat a tuna or chicken salad / grilled or broil chicken breast with Mrs. Dash on it and a small cut of vegetables and a fruit.

    no eating after 7pm !!

    do 250 sit-ups in the morning and 250 sit-ups before bed.

    Do leg squats against the wall 3 sets of 20 once every other day.

    Walk for 30 minutes twice a day or jog in the house for 30 minutes if the weather is bad out.

    Try this for 3weeks and see the difference only if you really want to loose weight.
