  1. Turn off all the lights and open up the closest window.

You can always massacre the little thing.  Unless the bird has a wingspan of 8 feet, I think your ok.

Worst case scenario, if the above doesnt work, wave a towel or something of that nature close tot he bird to tire them out while they cly around and eventually throw the towel over the animal so you can get a hold of it.

  2. God, the girl with the predictions of family deaths is a laugh a minute isn't she?!

I saw someone on TV catch a bird in a big saucepan and lid.

  3. call animal control

  4. open all your doors/windows throw bread crums outside .. turn off all the lights so the bird go towards the light and leaves

  5. hammer

  6. do you have any idea what type of bird it is....if it's a wren it will go out by itself, but you must close the window when it does, it's either looking for a place to nest or for insects. They are very smart birds and can find their way out...if it's any other bird and we can't know unless you describe it, it wants out more than you do???what does it look like

WHY would you ask a question like this and then not allow a person to email you concerning the bird.....geez

  7. Shoot it with a BB gun, that'll get it out!

No just kidding, sorry I like to joke. But seriously, trying shooing it away. Just get a towel and start waving it at it until it gets to the window. If that doesn't work, then I'd say keep your cat away from it and it'll eventually fly away. But you will need to watch it to make sure it does, because it could try to find a place to nest in your house and that wouldn't be good.

  8. try guiding it out with a broom

if that doesn't work try a vacuum cleaner

    J/K

I had one that came in when I left the back door open for my cat...but it made it out somehow...

how do I know......FEATHERS everywhere and bird SH$T all over!!

  9. Just sit her down, explain the relationship is over and ask her to pack her bags. Maybe say you can still be friends, then when she is out of the house, change the locks and close the window and never communicate with her again.

  10. cut it off from any another rooms and open windows so that i can ecape

  11. you could use a broom to guide it away or some bird food.

  12. if a bird flys in your house then that means there is going to be death in the family.

  13. uhh im not exactly sure, but maybe try putting down some bird food, or even cat food, put your cat in another room , then leave the room, but keep the door open a bit, then when you see that it is eating, put a box or something over it, take it outside.

If you cant get rid of it, you may want to call someone from Petsmart or keep it

  14. put some stale bread or seeds by the outside of the window or door.

  15. Get a .50 cal machinegun and go crazy Rambo style.

  16. Pay no attention to those jerks who say to shoot it with a BB gun or shotgun.  That will put holes in your walls.  Instead, whack it with a tennis racket.

  17. get old bread and make trails to ur front door make lil tiny pieces of bread for a trail old  bread preferably after u set the trail only the windows by  the bird leve it open

others close em animal control wont do nuting and u get a big bill if they do.  DO NOT SHOOT IT...I REPEATE DO NOT SHOOT IT!!! PUT THE CAT IN A CLOSED ROOM MAYBE YOUR ROOM AND CLOSE THE WINDOWS AND THE DOOR

  18. If you have a carrier for your cat, put him in there.  If not, put him in a bathroom or something where the bird isn't.  Open all the windows, get a broom, and flap it at the bird.  You don't have to touch it - just wave it at the bird, kind of aiming toward a door or window.  Birds are pretty dumb, so it may not even realize that there's an open window in front of it.  It takes some patience, but eventually the bird will accidentally fly outside.    You may even try throwing a sheet or something over the bird.  It will make him hold still long enough that you can (gently) pick it up and take it outside.  Good luck!

  19. wow.

    ummm,maybe you should like chase after it with something;

trust me;same thing happened to me.

  20. Shoot that ****

  21. Blow it away with a shotgun . .use #9 shot as it will make less damage to your walls or ceiling.

  22. I THINK IF U MADE AN UGLY DOLL IT WILL MAKA THEM SCARE

  23. cathe it witth a butter fly net and chase it the window

  24. i would take a towel and throw it over the bird. this method normally works best because it takes away the birds ability to fly away from you.

after doing this. take another towel and throw it over that one.

    (2 towels needed).

then throw him out side of the house. after doing this there will be no more bird in your house and at the same time you will not kill the bird.

  25. find it.

    wait till it lands.

close the door to the room.

make sure you cats not in it first.

then get a beach towel and throw it over the bird.

then grab it and let it go outside.

    trust me. ive done this.

  26. Put your cat in the bathroom and close the door. Then open all of the windows. It will fly out within minutes. Turn off the ceiling fans.

  27. Call animal control and have them take it out.

  28. I was gonna say shoot it, but yo ucan open up a window or door, take blanket and grab it and throw it out.

  29. Not much you can do but get it into one room and close it off from the rest, and chase it with a broom!

You can try hanging a bird feeder in the window and wait for it to get out....

Or go crazy and chase it around with a garbage bag until it flies in then take it outside and let it go!

Lock your cat in the bathroom or a different room and then leave the windows open.

If all else fails, call Animal Control, but that can be expensive and they might not even come....

    Good luck!!

  30. Take a broom/mop and push it towards to window.
