  1. You have to go the official US State Department website.  All other websites do not help you.  The USAFIS is nothing to do with the US Diversity Visa Lottery.  There are no costs involved in entering the lottery.  Using another site or paying money to someone else to "process" your application will not change you odds of being successful.

    Note that the current lottery has ended.  The next lottery registration period will probably start in October.
