How Do I Get an AT&T Nokia 6555 to Roam?

I have a trial phone from AT&T, it's a Nokia 6555 and I want to see if it can roam on the U.S. Cellular tower near my house. I think that because it is a trial phone it has roaming turned off so I was wondering if anyone could tell my how to manually get it to roam? This is somewhat urgent, thank you for any help.

I can guarantee that it will not roam on that tower.  US Cellular's phones and network are CDMA, where AT&T's phones and network are GSM.  They are two completely different technologies, and cannot roam on each other's networks.
