  1. What I did over the summer (because I totally suck at jumping) is to go up to a wall find your desired hieght and then jump until u can touch it. Once you've touched it go to a higher spot......and so on. =D


  2. Get something sturdy at about knee hight(More or less that hight.) and everyday practice jumping up on it.Trying to keep your legs straight but not stiff.And do about 2 or 3 reps of 10 and then start doing more like 15 then 20 etc....

    This is what I do.

    I'm tall.But I still do that.And I do jump up to a wall too.
