How Do I Insert Still Pics Into A Moving/GIF Picutre File & Still Have The GIF Pic Continue Moving Behind It?

Using photoshop or or a similiar program you can open the file and edit the individual frames.  In photoshop, you would select the part of the image that you want to be visible and copy and paste it into the gif.  You may need to resize it at this point.  Then you would just copy and paste the resized layer into each frame.  Make sure to save it as a .gif when you are done.  Good luck.
