How Do I Know I've Been Moderated?

Is there any way for a Yahoogroups list member to check their account and see if they've been placed on moderated status for a specific list?

Sometimes one can know they are moderated status by trying to send messages to the list and seeing if they get thru.  The easiest way to find out if a member is on moderated status is to send an e-mail to the owner of the group to find out.  To contact them send an e-mail to the address that will look something like this: [e-mail]

post off the group- after you hit send it'll either say "your post was sent" or "your post requires approval"

many groups have new members who join moderated, it's very common and nothing against any or each member.
