How Do I Make Grape (Fruit) Mash For Cooking Moonshine?

Everyone gives grain mixtures. I need to know how to start my fruit mash for distilling. If I have grapes, raspberries, peaches, watermellon ect, what do I do whith it?

  1. Making moonshine means distillation. You want to make moonshine from a grape must. So first you make the wine. Whiskey makers make a beer. First make wine. You then distill it into your moonshine. By-the-way, distilled wine in France is Cognac and elsewhere it is called Brandy. Not a new idea but good luck with the project.
