  1. Assuming you are logged in your Yahoo Finance, click on "My Portfolios" folder tab, select your portfolio and click on the "Edit" link.  Highlight/ select al the ticker symbols found in the field box entitled "Step 2: Ticker Symbols", and right-click when our cursor is positioned anywhere on the highlighted selections; on the drop-down menu,  select "copy".  Click on "Finished", and "sign out" of your legacy Yahoo Finance. Sign in again into your NEW YAHOO ID,  select Yahoo Finance, select "My Portfolios" folder tab, click on "New Portfolio",  click on "Track a symbol watch list", place your cursor inside the "Symbols (Look-up symbols) field and right click, on the drop down menu select "paste".  That should transfer all your previously copied ticker symbols into this new Portoflio that you can RENAME by typiing in a new name into the PORTFOLIO NAME field.; click on FINISHED when you are all done.
