How Do I Put New Apps And Music On An At&t Tilt?

The title says it all. Please help me im new with this phone and things of this matter.

First, you must have;

installed on your PC. Next you go to;

and download a program. With ActiveSync running and the Tilt connected, open the file explorer in the AS window. Open another explorer on your PC desktop. Find the .cab file you downloaded and  drag/drop the file to the AS explorer into the \ or root folder. That's one level down from the folder it open in, the one with \Databases on the top of the listing. Tap the file and it will install.  Follow the screen prompts. After the install, you may delete the .cab file but keep a copy in a folder on the PC in case you need it in the future. Also, after you have done all this, music files should be a breeze to install.
