How Do I Reboot My Computer.Like Actually Take Everything Off It.?

MY COMPUTER HAS A VIRUS AND I TRIED THE ANTI VIRUS AND SPYWARE REMOVER BUT THEY DONT WORK!!!

You have to do a full reinstall. I would install something like Ubuntu so you won't have to worry about viruses/malware again. It's free and much more reliable/easy than windows.

try this first~

install "ccleaner"(yes 2 c's) run it .

it will remove all browsing temp files and cookies ~which some anti virus programs think are a virus.

+it will give you some memory back.

if the above doe's not work ~then you need to drag and drop any or all files to your burning program (make data copies)

when you have all the info off of the PC.insert your re-boot disc.turn off computer.

when you turn it back on it will give you the option to re-boot

you then re-load your data disc/'s

hope ccleaner does the trick,

If you want everything off of your computer you will have to format your hard drive. That mean taking everything off including windows, once you do this it will be just like starting over again New'. Have you try the system restore? Why not try that before you do the extreme (formatting your hard drive)  And if you have a computer virus your antivirus program should have detected and deleted it (but your antivirus program will only work properly if you keep it up-to-date with the latest updates and to run a scan at least once a week )  My opinion is to make sure that your antivirus program is up-todate with the latest updates, then run a Full System Scan, after the scan do a System Restore.
