My nipple has gotten infected recently and it's rejecting, it's quite painful and I have to remove it, I'm struggling with removing the ring, it has a ball/bead and I can't seem to remove it. How do I get it off?

  1. open or spread apart the ring so the ball falls out and then slide the ring out gentaly good luckkk :]

  2. rip it out lol. Sorry ok go to the doctor if it is infected and rejecting it the longer it is in the worse it will get. You can see if the place where you got it pierced will do it for you but they will probably tell you the same thing. so setup a doctors appointment tommorrow!

  3. Here's a pretty good link.

I would follow the recommendation and just go back to your piercer and have them look at it. They'll remove it if necessary and tell you how to take care of it.

If it's a 14g or smaller gauge, you can probably do it yourself. Anything thicker will be hard to open without tools.

Basically, just spread the ring apart and the ball will come out.
