How Do I Rip A Game from one cd to another?

Okaii i got this sims game from my cousin and i want to rip it on another cd get it? like make a copy of that game on another cd anybody kknow how and what programs should i use? please dont suggest nero =/ it won't let me download it keeps saying my serial code has expired and it wont let me download. thankx :) xx
