How Do I fix My Real Player?

It Worked Fine Untill

I Clicked The Download clip button and it did but then i went to put it onto my mp3 and the file wouldn't work.

so i deleted real player and installed it again and downloaded the clip again .I downloaded different clips from different sites but still never worked. But Where The real player download file normally is there was noting in it and now none of the real player files will save what shall i do ?

Try getting the latest version of Real Player and see if it helps..!
