How Do I get My Id Card?

Without my social security card and no proof of my socialsecurity number.. i cant get my social security card untill i have my id and i cant get my id till i have my social security card! what do i do?

You should still be able to get a copy of your birth certificate. With your birth certificate and one other form of identification, you should be able to get a copy of your Social Security card. The second form of identification can be a school ID or a health insurance card.
