How Do I make airline runs that are not missions on flight simulater

can you do airline runs that have to taxi out of the gate and go onto the tarmack in free flight ? if so how?

you have to build a flight plan using Flight Simulators flight planner.. making sure your departure location starts at a gate at an airport.

once the flight has started, if you want, (to simulate real world flights) you can shut off the engines by using the throttle quadrant panel (Shift 4 on most planes) until you are ready to go. if you want to top off your fuel before the flight, press shift F to call a fuel truck or you can do it manually by going to Aircraft > Fuel and Payload. To bring the jetway to you press control J, to open the cabin door, press Shift E, press the same keys to close the door and detach the jetway then press control E to start the engines. press shift P to start or stop your push back.. taxi to the runway and takeoff...

if you are talking about fsx then you go to free flight,  select location, choose you airport and then on the bottom left part of that same window it says starting location,  and if you want a gate find a gate on that list and select ok,  once you are at the gate press "ctrl j" that will bring the gate to you,  "shift e" will open your cabin door.  then press "ctrl j"  again to push the gate a way  and " shift e "  to close your door and then   " shift p "  to begin and stop your push back.

to plan your route go to flight planner before you begin the flight and it is pretty easy from there.

yes you have to go to free flight and then build a flight plan then save it and then you will have to put it in on the free flight screen
