How Do I put songs on my Blackberry Pearl?

I bought the Memory card already and installed the Desktop Manager for it but when I open the Destop Manager I have 5 choices to click on and they are: Synchronize, Back up and Restore, Application Loader, Email Settings, and switch Device Wizard and thats all. So how am I suppose to do it?
