How Do We can Improve Our Speaking?

Of course my main language Is Persian , but do you know any ways to improve talking and speaking skills? got my mean? i mean not to speak correctly i mean the power of using very good words and answers like speak in conferences and ... .i prefer if you want to give me a site , give me a site in my main language

For using very good words you must expand your vocabulary vastly & know where each words fits best.

And although you mean "not to speak correctly" but no matter how good your words are,if you use "do we can" you will still sound like a بیسوادی که فقط کلمه بلده."Got my mean?"
