I would like to know how to become a CEO of a law firm? Does the CEO have to be a lawyer first? How does the process go through?

  1. You would have to be a lawyer first, and then depending on the way the partnership was set-up, would determine if it had a CEO.  Rules state that only lawyers can hold a financial interest or be a manager in a law firm.


  2. No you don't to be a lawyer. If you set up the LLC under ex: Smith& john law office inc., you will can still be ceo and hire other lawyers.
