  1. in a 45 degree angle towards your gums in a circular motion. back to front on the inside of your teeth and cheek side of your teeth and to reach the very last tooth, slightly close your mouth so your 'jaw bone' will move out of the way to get way back there. count to five be fore you move your tooth brush to the next area. also don't forget your tongue! and floss every tooth.

    have fun!!!

  2. how ever you want! what ever gets your teeth clean!

  3. small circles =)

  4. pretty much everyway for like half an hour. i like to daydream and ponder while i brush

  5. In short strokes side to side, one or two teeth at a time.  Keep your brush at about a 45 degree angle, to get unger the gumline, and you DON'T need to press down, just use a gentle pressure.

  6. circles

its kind of a mixture of up and down and side to side.

    for about 2-3 mins!

OH, and floss for better results!

  7. Well, what my dentist suggests, is you brush the front of your front teeth for 10 seconds, up-down-side-side, then the same for the back of them, then you divide the toothbrush, one side on back, one on front.  Then the same to the left and right, only you brush then for around 15 or 20 seconds!

  8. Well they say it is better to brush in circles. It cleans bettter and you dont bleed your gums if you brush to hard. 30-45 secs, a good rinse and your good to go.
