How Do You Buy a New or Used Car with cold hard cash?

I am thinking about buying a new or used car over 10,000 dollars but i have cold hard cash, as i am not into leasing or financing or any of the other dealership schemes

either go to a dealership and make an offer, or search craigslist, i'm on that site like everyday, for fun, because i can't afford a car. hahaha

go to the dealer of your choice. negotiate for the lowest price possible. DO NOT TELL HIM YOU HAVE CASH ON HAND. let him know after you hear the price that you want. salespeople will go crazy if you tell them you have cash.

I'm not sure what your question is but if you are asking if you can get a better deal with cash than with a loan or lease, the answer is no. Dealers actually make more money when customers use a loan or lease because they get a commission from the finance company. So if you intend to use cash, don't bring it up in your price negotiations.

you actually wont get a better deal if your paying with cash, theres no reason to not tell the dealer your paying cash, and if you tell them your ready to pay cash today they will be more willing to give you a better price, however if your really not going to buy the car that day and your just shopping around thats fine, theres no need to lie, just tell them your shopping around and even when someone else offers you a "better" deal give all the dealers you visit a chance to beat it. other than that i dont really know what your asking, I would recomend useing a certified or bank check instead are carring $10k plus around in a suit case or something but other than that paying cash isnt any different than buying a car any other way, its just simpler because you dont have to worry about financing.
