How Do You Change The Time On The New Video iPods?

I'm moving to a different time zone in a couple of weeks and can't figure out how to change the primary time zone. Even after I deleted all the time zones, it stayed on Mountain time. Please help! Thanks!

When you move to the new area, change the timezone on your computer. When you sync the ipod, it will update with the correct timezone.

go 2 settings,then date & time, then u can pick ur time zone or change the time, then press the middle button to save ur settings
