How Do You Change Your Yahoo Groups Thing?

For example on this fan site.

How do you change the 'Hannah Montana and Miley Cyrus Fans' part (on the top left corner) coz I see some site change that and I wanna know how!

BTW that isn't my site.

the first part it the URL and the second part is the title- found under Description (Edit).

If you are the owner, click edit beside description on your cover page then edit the title.
