How Do You Clean Goggle Straps?

i have some goggles and the strap is dirty with mud and dust, is there a way to clean it without removing it or buying new ones

theres a thing people use to clean bug of the grill of cars and trucks it should do the trick and it does not mess up the lens

My son usually just washes the whole goggle very carefully with wool mix.  That is gentle on the goggles and won't hurt the lens'.  Just make sure if any dirt is attached to the lens that you don't rub at it as that will scratch the lens.  It also doesn't matter if you don't get all the suds out using wool mix as it won't hurt the fabric.

Have been doing this to his goggles every race basically for years and the googles have been fine so give it a go.   We use the Martha Gardner wool mix but any brand would be fine.
